While India has been countering Pakistan’s role in fostering terrorism, the U.S. has indirectly intervened by brokering a ceasefire agreement between the two nations under the guise of mediation. However, in a shocking development, a bomb blast rocked the U.S., which the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has labeled a terrorist act.
The incident occurred in California, where a bomb exploded near a health clinic in Palm Springs on Saturday. One person was killed, and at least five others were injured. The FBI has classified the explosion as a deliberate terrorist act.
Akil Davis, Assistant Director of the Los Angeles Field Office, stated that the blast took place around 11 a.m. local time near a clinic operated by American Reproductive Centers. A suspect is currently in custody. Davis emphasized that the FBI is investigating whether this was an act of international or domestic terrorism. Footage from the scene showed thick smoke rising from the clinic, with firefighters working to control the flames.
