Hyderabad: Real estate company Casagrand said it had launched a luxury housing project, Casagrand Belair, in Gowdavelli, five minutes from the Outer Ring Road (ORR). This is the company’s fifth project in the city.
Spread over 9.35 acres, the project includes 79 large 5BHK bungalows. Each home comes with a private theatre, private lifts, and have a 1,000 sq. ft garden. Each home features family lounges, an exclusive open terrace with pergola seating and barbeque counter, it said.
The project also offers luxury features like two big clubhouses, rooftop swimming pools, a gym, a meditation area. A statement said the homes were designed with plenty of open space, over 75 per cent of the area being filled with greenery.
Actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu is promoting the project. Casagrand, in a press release, said that she represented elegance and modern style, just like the homes the company was offering.
Casagrand Belair is located close to important areas, 15 minutes from Kompally, 25 minutes from Secunderabad and 40 minutes from IT hubs like Gachibowli, the company said. With new roads and developments coming up nearby, the area is expected to grow quickly. Prices for these luxury homes start at Rs 3.4 crore. The project is registered under TGRERA and will be ready in about 30 months, the company said.
