
Kakinada:Candidates appearing for AP EAPCET (Andhra Pradesh Engineering, Agriculture and Pharmacy Common Entrance Test) 2025 have been advised to be cautious in case their hands have mehandi, as it may become a hurdle while marking the biometric attendance.
Those taking the exam should reach the examination centre and check whether or not their computers are functioning. They will not be allowed to take along with them equipment like watches, lockets, mobile phones, calculators and so on.

EAPCET 2025 convener V.V. Subba Rao told media here on Friday that candidates will not be allowed even if they are delayed by one minute. Total 3,62,429 candidates have applied for the exam, including 2,80,597 for engineering stream and 81,832 for agriculture and pharmacy.
The examination will be held at 145 centres, two of them in Hyderabad, from 9 a.m. to 12 noon and 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Subba Rao said agriculture and pharmacy exam will be held on May 19 and May 20. The engineering exam will be held from May 21 to May 27 in 14 sessions. He suggested that candidates located their examination centre one day ahead of the exam.
The EAPCET 2025 convener said that if any candidate wants to appear for any national competition test on the same day of the examination, he or she should contact the helpline with proper documents to get an alternative date.
He said scribes have been allotted to six differently abled candidates.
Subba Rao went on to advise students that in case they make a mistake while filling up their forms, they need not worry. However, they should contact the helpline after completion of their examination. He advised candidates to hand over their rough papers also to the invigilator.
The EAPCET 2025 convener said Urdu language candidates have been allotted the examination centre only at Kurnool.

JNTUK vice chancellor and AP EAPCET 2025 chairman C.S.R.K Prasad said as its social responsibility, the university will conduct an orientation programme for intermediate qualified candidates about the engineering and non-engineering courses available and the employment opportunities available to them in different fields.
